ROOTSandBLUES Terms and Conditions
The ROOTSandBLUES neither endorses nor provides technical support for third-party ticket sales. We strongly advise customers to purchase tickets exclusively through the official ROOTSandBLUES ticket provider. The box office is contractually obligated only to the original ticket purchaser and ROOTSandBLUES is not responsible for any agreements made through third-party sales. All policies are subject to change without notice.
Please read the following terms and conditions before purchasing your ROOTSandBLUES Festival tickets and Camping tickets as they affect your future legal rights:
Refund and Exchanges
• No refunds or exchanges: It is the ticket holder's responsibility to verify ticket details, including performance, date, and time. All performances are subject to government, public health restrictions, or festival modifications at the discretion of ROOTSandBLUES.
• Final Sales: All sales, including drink tickets and merchandise, are final. Tickets purchased from unauthorized sources may be invalid, lost, stolen or counterfeit and ROOTSandBLUES reserves the right to deny entry without issuing a refund.
Ticket Policies
• Artist and Performance Times: Subject to change without notice.
• Ticket Availability: Festival Tickets and Camping Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Ticket Transfer: Tickets are transferable. To transfer, use the "VIEW your TICKETS". Option in your confirmation email. Update the recipient information and tickets will be emailed. ROOTSandBLUES make no warranties beyond the transfer policy.
• Children (12 and under): Admitted free with an adult ticket. Proof of age may be required at the gate. No refunds for tickets that were purchased in error.
• Seniors (65+) and Youth (13-24): May be asked to present valid ID for age verification.
• Additional Fees: Transaction fees and taxes are applied to each ticket at the time of purchase.
• Unique Ticket Admission: Each ticket contains a unique QR code or barcode that can only be scanned once for entry. Duplicate tickets with the same barcode will not be accepted. After scanning, attendees receive a wristband, which must be worn at all times. Wristbands that are removed or tampered with are invalid and entry will not be permitted.
Ticket Reissuance
• Festival Tickets and Camping Tickets can be reissued if lost, stolen, damaged or if there is concern about duplication. The ticket holder must present valid government identification for re-issuance. *Tickets cannot be reissued once scanned.
Security and Compliance
• Security Searches: Attendees consent to reasonable security checks to ensure compliance with laws, facility rules and venue regulations. Refusal to comply with such searches may result in denial of entry without refund or compensation. By consenting to a search, attendees waive any claims against ROOTSandBLUES, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, agents or representatives.
• Prohibited Items: No alcoholic beverages, illegal substances, glass, fireworks and other explosives, amplified music, professional photography/recording devices, print materials for distribution, pets (except service animals), laser pointers, firearms/weapons, sky lanterns, drones, or any other items deemed inappropriate by ROOTSandBLUES staff and security.
• Violation Consequences: Violations may result in refusal of admission or ejection without a refund.
Medical Consent
• By attending the event, you consent to medical treatment in the event of an emergency. You release ROOTSandBLUES and all persons participating in any such medical treatment of all legal and financial liability for any such actions.
Recording and Photography
• By attending the event, you acknowledge ROOTSandBLUES, artists, venue staff, sponsors and stakeholders may capture your image via video or photography. You waive any right to compensation and release ROOTSandBLUES from any legal liability. Any personal recordings or photos are for personal use only and cannot be distributed or used commercially without prior written permission from ROOTSandBLUES.
Assumption of Risk
• Attendees assume full responsibility and liability for participation in the event, including risks of loss, property damage, personal injury or death. By attending, you agree to forever indemnify and release ROOTSandBLUES, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, agents and representatives from any claims arising from such risks, including those caused by the negligence of ROOTSandBLUES or its affiliates. Event sponsors or facility owners are not responsible for any damages, injuries, or claims related to ticket use.
Limitation of Liability
• ROOTSandBLUES, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, agents or representatives are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the event.
Class Action Waiver
• All claims against ROOTSandBLUES must be made individually. By attending, you waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuit.
Privacy Policy
• ROOTSandBLUES does not collect personal information unless voluntarily provided (e.g., through purchases, donations, contest promotions, subscribed newsletters, or online bulletin boards). Personal information may include your name, address, phone number, credit card details, and more.
Health and Safety Compliance
• ROOTSandBLUES adheres to evolving guidelines and recommendations provided by the BC Provincial Health Authority and Interior Health Authority.
Admission Rights
• ROOTSandBLUES reserves the right to refuse admission or eject anyone engaging in disorderly conduct, using vulgar or abusive language, or violating event rules. All ticket sales are final; no refunds or exchanges will be granted.
Program Changes
• While ROOTSandBLUES makes every effort to deliver the advertised program, artists and schedules may change without notice. No refunds are given for programming changes. ROOTSandBLUES is not liable for travel or other expenses incurred due to event changes.

Festival Dates: July 25 – 27, 2025
Campground Terms & Conditions
Campsites are assigned by ROOTSandBLUES, and your campground and site numbers will be sent to you via email prior to the festival.
Transferable Tickets
Camping tickets are transferable. To transfer your tickets, click "VIEW your TICKETS" in your confirmation email, update the recipient’s information, and the tickets will be emailed to them. NO REFUNDS.
Campsites Sizes
• 20’ X 20’: maximum of 6 people
• 20’ X 40’: maximum of 8 people
• 20’ X 60’: maximum of 8 people
Exceptions may be made for families with more than two children. For inquiries, please call our office. Children must be supervised at all times.
Accessible Camping
If you require an accessible site, please indicate this on the camping reservation..
Camping Restrictions:
• NO REFUNDS/NO PETS/NO FIRES/NO PROPANE FIRE PITS/
• PROPANE BBQ ON TABLES ONLY
If you are camping with a service animal, please notify our office in advance.
Facilities
• No hookups for electrical, sewer or water.
• Washstands and portable toilets will be available in each campground.
• Waste, compost and recycling bins will also be provided.
Check-In Procedure & Times
• Thursday, July 24th: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Friday, July 25th: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Upon arrival, check in at the tent in your assigned campground to receive your camping wristband and parking pass.
Note: No check-ins after 8:00 PM.
Check-Out Time
• Monday July 28th: By 11:00 AM.
Festival Tickets
Get your festival wristbands at the West Gate Entrance, located on 5th Street across from the campgrounds.
Hours:
• Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday – Sunday: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
If you need to purchase tickets, please visit the Main Gate at 490 5th Avenue SW.
Parking Information
• A Campground Parking Pass will be issued at check-in. Display this pass on your dashboard or rearview mirror.
• No additional parking is available within the campgrounds.
• Additional Parking: Available in the East Parking lot. Inquire at the check-in tent for an East Parking pass.
• All vehicles must display a parking pass and adhere to parking rules and signs.
• Keep campground driving lanes clear for emergency vehicle access. Vehicles parked in driving lanes may be towed at the owner’s expense.
Quiet Hours
• 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please respect your neighbours to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone. ROOTSandBLUES reserves the right to limit noise during quiet hours.
On-Site Security
• Security will be on-site throughout the night. If you witness inappropriate behaviour, report it to security immediately. The security phone number is posted at the check-in tent.
Generator Use
• Generators are allowed between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM. The owner must be present during operation.
Liability
ROOTSandBLUES assumes no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen property. Secure your valuables at all times.
• Wildlife Precautions: Store food and drinks in your vehicle overnight as wildlife may be present.
• Children: Do not leave children unattended. If a child is lost, report to security immediately.
Campground Safety
• Flashlight: Bring a flashlight for nighttime activities and movement around the campsite
• First Aid Station is located on the Festival site.
Hours of Operation:
• Friday: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Saturday/Sunday: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
• Emergency Procedures: Fire extinguishers are available at every campground entrance and exit.
Cleanliness
• Keep your area and the campsite clean. Dispose of trash and cigarette butts properly.
• Please leave your campsite is clean upon departure.

Tickit's services are limited to generating and delivering tickets and forwarding your payment to the organizer. Tickit’s fees for this service are non-refundable.
All communications or disputes regarding ticket order refunds, chargebacks, changes, disruptions and cancellation are between you and the organizer. Tickit will be not be liable or responsible in any way for refunds or chargebacks in connection with the organizer's events.
